I like the fact they are rechargeable plus accept a remote to command different settings also every bit book. They have an option for political party manner, dining style, and music mode. They stayed charged for a full day and can be placed on the charger at night. They also have foam tips which are changed out about one time a month which come in different sizes to adjust your ear culvert size.

Zounds Hearing Aid does not take local providers in Tennessee any longer. You have to return them to the corporate part in Arizona for repair or batteries. This ways you pay to ship them out to them then call leaving several voice messages trying to discover out the status of the repair. No 1 answers the phone and it may be days earlier someone calls you back. The last time I sent one hearing in there was cleaved function. So I purchased a replacement hearing help. Once received it did not concur charge. I ordered new charger. It still does not work well and so I render it for repair or replacement because I got information technology in June 2020 and it simply September iii, 2020. Guy calls me and said zippo is incorrect I told him there an issue. He would replace with a "New Unit" for additional $fifty.00. Why? I just purchased it in June. Instead of fixing it the guy just returns it to me as naught is wrong. I have left several messages and email with no response. Please buy from someone else.

Information technology toll a fortune for these hearing aids. Zounds stores are out of business and corporate does not respond. The batteries are dead and we accept no recourse. All we need is a gear up of NiMH rechargeable 30H batteries. They are nowhere to be constitute anywhere on this planet. They have some nerve putting us in this position. People who mailed their hearing aids in for bombardment replacement got the shaft. The reviews are disgusting and we are left high and dry out. We cannot afford to buy other hearing aids and my hubby cannot hear anyone's conversations. It's just maddening.

I received my hearing aid in March 2019 and couldn't be more satisfied. The hearing consultant made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She went over all the data on how to use the different settings and made sure it was a adept fit.

Getting ready to send in for a second time since April. When I purchased them, I was assured that I could service them locally. How can y'all service hearing aids without checking the customer. They just aren't working right. Would gladly take a refund. Am not happy.

I'm very disappointed with my Zounds hearing aid. I cannot hear real good with them. The girl said, "Well, yous can hear 100% like you were if they were normal." But I have then many problems with information technology. I tried to call that 800 number several times, and couldn't get through to them. The tip barbarous out of my earplug and so I called last week, and they were very, very busy. I gotta expect a call tomorrow for an engagement.
Another thing, I had a cheap pair. But I bought the i for $5,000. This was the best one they had at the time. Then, Zounds came out with "if you plow those in and get the new ones, information technology'll price you $2,000 more." I went for the $two,000. So I got $7,000 worth of hearing aids in my ear, and I told my husband I should take gone to another identify. I'k very disappointed. I can't hear every word that is said. We were at our daughter's business firm yesterday, and I had the original hearing aids. I miss a lot of the conversation. I'm non too happy. If the people there were not so nice as they are, I would have gone to Aqueduct 3 and complained. But these people are so nice and friendly.

My hearing was about 40% gone. We live right downwardly the street from Zounds' location next to a Safeway store that we frequent. The people at Zounds' were very informative. The rep whom I worked with did a marvelous job at explaining everything. He helped me selection out the right pair of hearing aids. I got the ones that are rechargeable which were on auction for 1,000 bucks apiece. I was extremely happy with what he did.
The price was bonny. Previously, I had gone to some other identify and they wanted $5,000 for two hearing aids. That was extremely more than than what I wanted to spend. According to my rep at Zounds, the model of hearing aid I got would work very well for my hearing loss with the way it is. Thus far, I've been very happy with them. He fitted me very well with the hearing aids. Overall, my experience with Zounds has been very adept.

My Zounds Hearing Aids is working okay. It's undecayed and helpful. Before, my hearing loss was very poor. I can savour life more now that I can hear improve. The conversations are clearer. All the same, it would exist helpful if they lower the cost of it. It's a little loftier.

Though I could hear fine, my hearing was be muffled when I'm with my grandchildren. I would hear their voices but information technology wasn't articulate. Our family doc said that Zounds makes all the parts for other hearing aids and he recommended them. So, I went with Zounds and got the model with the remote. The rep whom I worked with tried to explicate everything to me. She was very nice and helped with testing and plumbing equipment my hearing help. Even so, I have some trouble with it. I get irritated by it. The wire over my ear bothers me at times. Likewise, the hearing aids are expensive. Despite those problems, I love my Zounds hearing aids.

My hearing loss in both ears was getting worse and I liked that Zounds hearing aids are rechargeable. I like the idea that I would put them on either on my ears or on the charger. The reps were very helpful and I'1000 very pleased with the service. I got the Torza model which they idea would be the best one for me and my hearing is a lot better now. The feel has been very pleasant.
